In addition to strategic advisory, we may invest our own capital when the opportunity, structure, and potential of the project justify it.

We are not a fund or an open investment vehicle. Each decision is made on a project-by-project basis, without predefined sectors or rigid criteria, and independently from the advisory mandate. The investment stems from the characteristics of the transaction, not from the client relationship.

When we participate, we do so directly and in alignment with the project’s growth and sustainability, contributing not only capital, but also experience, judgment, and execution capabilities.

And when the scale of the opportunity requires it, we can bring in our network of investors, applying the same rigor to analysis, structuring, and negotiation that we bring to every mandate.
